Welcome to my website. My name is Rebecca Orr and I have been practising Yoga since I was 18 and started teaching in 2004. I started Yoga to overcome illnesses I had at the time and have not looked back. The understanding of stress and dealing with it in Yoga is a powerful tool to better deal with situations and channel it through Meditation and Mindfulness.
I became a British Wheel Yoga Teacher in 2007 and have continued to learn and challenge myself to give a better experience to my students. I have Level 3 Diplomas in Aromatherapy and Sport Massage Therapy. I am a Reiki Master and Ayurveda Master and have also learnt Mindfulness and Well Being and have a PCET from the University of Sunderland. I also have an NVQ Level 3 for Children and Education. Recently, I have been teaching Mindfulness and Well Being in local schools to children to help them manage stress and control in every day life.
